Passion is the secret to Pasquale’s success. He takes pride in his Italian heritage and passione for the cooking philosophy of his ancestors: fresh is best. In his restaurant only the freshest, crispest and juiciest produce is used. Nothing comes out of a tin. His chef’s passion for food and a lot of hard work transform the freshest raw ingredients into culinary mouth-watering works of art. Everything is made from scratch, including the fabulous crusty bread which is freshly baked, Thursday to Sunday in the wood fire oven, and can be purchased individually.
